Follow up from last meeting’s points
- Slide clicker. Manoj didn’t buy one yet. We need to be harsher on him.
- Webpage is up and running. Martin did a good job. The reports from this year will be transferred, but not older ones. Martin has copies of the entire old webpage.
- IONS Facebook page will be a DTU Lys page to interact with students more easily.
- Lunch with industry: Manoj has contacted companies to talk: Microsoft and GN Store Nord. Marcus and Manoj are in charge.
BBQ (Daena)
- BBQ will be on Thursday the 20th. 4:30 pm.
- We will shop with Tobi’s car on the 19th.

- We pay for food and students will pay for drinks
- Grills need to be cleaned (Daena and Manoj)

- Games: Bean bag throwing, Flunkyball, Cornhole.
Brainstorm for ideas
- Kyei’s friend in Ghana wants to teach African children about optics. We will apply to OSA, SPIE, EPS about some special grants for demonstration optics. We should buy some stuff ourselves and send it all and banners to Ghana. (Kyei and Manoj are in charge).
